Rights of Personal Data Holders
You have the following rights:

Requests for consultation, corrections, deletions and revocations of authorization on personal data or updating of data must be answered within a maximum of ten (10) working days, counted from the date on which the request is registered, in the event that the request cannot be answered within the established time, the owner of the personal data will be informed and explained, in writing or verbally, about the reason for the delay.
Sfera Legal will provide the required security during the processing of data, thus avoiding their adulteration, loss, consultation, use or unauthorized and fraudulent access to them. However, Sfera Legal is not responsible for incorrectly registered information or for not verifying the veracity, updating and security of the data provided for the management of the same or for technical failures in the collection process.
