Diego is a lawyer graduated from Dr. José Matías Delgado University, with a Master’s Degree in International Business Law from the Autonomous University of Chile. He holds various postgraduate degrees in the fields of procedural law, accounting, and corporate compliance, with a special focus on corporate governance aspects.
He has extensive experience in advising companies on corporate matters and commercial and economic criminal litigation. Diego has a proven track record within the Salvadoran Judiciary, allowing him to successfully execute the preventive corporate practice of litigation. Diego has also been involved in teaching and lecturing at universities in procedural law subjects, promoting the education of students aiming to make an impact on society through professional practice.
