Daniel is a lawyer graduated from Dr. José Matías Delgado University, holding a Master’s degree in Business Law and various postgraduate studies in specific branches of corporate and procedural law, administration, economics, finance, and accounting. His experience has been developed for over 15 years in business, financing, corporate transactions, corporate structures, and more. Additionally, he has a highly effective track record in judicial and arbitration litigation associated with these areas of practice, providing him with knowledge that goes beyond pure legal advice.
He considers himself a proponent of mediation and conciliation as economically productive mechanisms for resolving disputes and conducting business. Currently, he is exploring business, financing, and commercial structures through new technologies as part of his specific development and in line with regional circumstances.
